Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed. Pop Ups for apps I hate are frequent and seemingly unavoidable.

I've had this app and subscription for about 2 years now. Looks like they recently changed names. Used to be Aiwitt or something Either way, it's still a pretty poor device and recordings. When it does record, it lags and then goes in super speed right before the clip ends and slows down to normal live speed. It signs off after a while when it feels like it, and it will stop motion and human detection at any time it feels the need to. I will be ending this after subscription is through.

Update. now features like live view you have to pay for. Had I known I could look.at live view without paying extra I would not have purchased these cameras. I used to really like this app, but since the update, it's gotten really slow. I hate the commercials when you launch the app. It feels like a cheap game. Because of the ads, it takes too long to open the app to check on the cameras. Also we used to be able to see each photo without a subscription. Now, you can't do anything.
