Playing the audio back is absolutely awful. Every single recording has what sounds like someone punching or tapping on the stethoscope and mutes the audio for a second, which definitely is not there during recording. Cant export as an MP3 either, which is ridiculous. So sound is screwed up every single time, audio playback way too quiet on phones, and cant export as more file types

Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you're having trouble hearing your recordings. We recommend using headphones, as phones can’t play low-frequency heart sounds well. For further assistance, please contact us at support@ekohealth.com. We’re here to help!
