El meu tren is the preferred unofficial application by the majority of users of the Catalan railway system: It shows all the information of Rodalies de Catalunya (Renfe) and Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) in one place.
What's inside the app?
► The list of incidents and notices of the service, which shows all notifications sent by the Generalitat de Catalunya on a single screen and which is automatically updated every few minutes. There is an option to notify you directly in case of new notification in the Android notifications tray and the widget to put in your favorite launcher (they need to support the widget function).
► The search engine for schedules and routes of the mobile websites of Rodalies and FGC, which allows you to search and see in a very clear way any route and all its details.
► Fares for tickets and special cards, FGC and Rodalies tickets and the Autoritat of Transport Metropolità tickets and cards (T-10, T-Jove...).
► Twitter accounts @rodalies and @FGC, which allows you to see at a moment the updated information sent by both operators to their official accounts. You'll also find the option of being able to compose tweets by labeling them to ask any questions regarding their services.
► The contact information of Rodalies and FGC, including a chat (requires an operative Twitter account) and the different information phones (you have to look at the tariffs applied by the respective telephones, since some of them are not free).
► Map and city list of the different zonifications of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona.
► The eBiblio reading desk, which allows you to have a wide range of books from all areas prepared to be read directly from your mobile device (eBooks) for free with the Public Library Card.
