Only great when it works! Having the app installed, always updated, having turned on the magtek bullet it should be a no brainier. But no, let's make this business owner look like a technical idiot in front of his clients that simply want to pay and get back to their hotel room after a 6-8 wine tour. To add insult to injury I then have to manually enter the cc info & pay higher fees. Total BS. It's time to put software engineers on a subject to charge back pay plans. Make the app function properly & keep your pay, if not $ deducted
Seems to have an error multiple times a year that normally requires me to uninstall, reinstall, and renter all of the user settings making this a headache of an app. When working properly it is fine, but there are bugs far to often to get a good review from me.
Works most of the time Easy to use, customer service is good. Been using the app and Magtek card reader for about a year on 3 different phones now. First swiper stopped working after a few months, got a replacement. I do keep it in my purse though. Works most of the time but sometimes takes a couple tries to swipe correctly. I've had a couple errors-one double charged a customer and spun in circles and errored out...Embarrassing at times in front of a customer. Doesn't happen too often though
Worked on my old phone So I got a new phone but kept the same number download this app again so I could use it and every time I put my account information in it says app is not responding and my mom has the same app and we use the same card swiper and hers is saying the same ting so now we can't use it again and it's brand new a little help would be great thank you
After latest update Updated: I have been using this app for three years. A few kinks to iron out after updates but other than that it's been smooth sailing! Previous comment : Will not accept the swipe function. I have to manually key in cc info.

I've been using Elavon for 3+ years now, they were the ones who sent me the free card reader and paper slips (in case you still do business in the 80's), and this app. It's never failed me, but after an update I had to reset the input option back to "audio" - but now I know. Thanks to support!
