Love the functionality, or the idea of it. The app crashes randomly and won't save what it was doing so keep your emails short and sweet. It also crashes after every phone call and multiple other simple tasks I try to perform, or finish then it crashes. I get constant notifications to put it in deep sleep to protect the battery and phone, but of course I can't do that.

A lot of functionality missing or not working. Had notifications turned on. Recently for some unknown reason it won't stay on. When I enable notifications, as soon as I go back to home screen, notifications goes back to off. Frustrating as all hell. Wish the basic things from a mobile device to work such as calls, email, text, video ( always grainy using through app). With a widely used program, would think their mobile app would be a nice feature.

Hard to navigate. Options through the app are very limited. Not good. I'd rather use the internet website. Which is also not so good. You can't even refresh lists on your phone via the website. I've gotten with customer service about a few problems and they just say "well that's weird. We don't have that problem.". Just like a not our problem kind of attitude. I really hope a different company rises up and out does eleads. It doesn't seem like it would be a hard task honestly.
