Art Prompts is designed to help artists gain inspiration for their everyday sketches, drawings, paintings, and other creative works.
In the app, you can find several different categories, each of which includes more than a hundred original drawing prompts, which you can then attempt to draw.

The Art Prompts app was originally created to help one of our team members when she didn't know what to draw. By releasing the app to the public, we hope to help artists struggling with a similar problem. Through the different categories, we offer a choice of a common theme in the prompts given.

Ratings and reviews

Does what it says & bit repetitive. Prompts can get a bit repetitive and dull OR overly detailed (let my imagination do the work). People overestimate what an app like this should do. It's just creative prompts. Take them and move on I think it's an excellent app. if they continue to build on the randomness in the volume (the potential should be endless).

I've tried out tons of drawing prompt apps nd this is easily the best one. There isnt a bunch of ads orpopups and everything is very simple and easy to use. Use this app all the time and I live it. The only downside is you get some of the same promps sometimes that you've already seen, but to conteract that you also get some that you only ever see once and then its gone.

Great prompts in the written word, instead of pictures. when I do art props from pictures I always feel like I'm in some way copying somebody else's work. This app has tons of ideas without the pictures the artist to interpretate the prompt in their own way. Excellent developers excellent! Though there are tons of prompts ;Please add more ! The possibilities are infinite 🙃
