Funding Application Requirements:
• Employees or Digital Entrepreneurs who have collaborated with MDS Coop
• Have e-KTP, KK, account book and ID Card (employees only).
• Registered as an active member of the MDS Coop cooperative
• Fill out the commitment form and funding agreement
