Felt like a scam. Started a ride on a scooter, which did not work, started another ride on another to only stop on me after minutes. a malfunction which did not allow me to end the ride, and had to push it back all the way as was telling me outside range. customer service non existent.

Please be aware that when you use this service you will be required to return the device to some precise location on the earth's surface, most likely not particularly near where you want to be, and all the while, whilst finding this location, money will continue to be taken from your bank account. It's app has important buttons with padlock symbols displayed overthem and even when you eventually find the drop off location don't expect the padlocks to be removed. All in all, dreadful experience.

THIS IS A CREDIT CARD SCAM! This company is stealing scooters around the city, rewiring them, putting their QR code over the original, and then try to steal money from you once they have your card information. I received a bunch of alerts that an address in Algeria was trying to charge my card right after using their app. DO NOT USE THIS! ITS A SCAM!
