Worst ap ever. I have reported 4 incidents over the years. No one responds OR they respond with a flurry of unrelated questions OR they respond hours later. Example: I had 14 stops north to south. I reported an unattended backpack sitting on the floor by the front train conductor door. I sent all info, direction, train number, train stations and approx times to particular station. I received ridiculous responses and no one responded to investigate (i moved to the second train waiting for anyone from MARTA). Whatever you do, don't bet your life with this app or the people responding......new update August 2017. Sent five reports to have repairs made on turnstyles and Flooding at Medical Center Station. No response from anyone. And no repair made. Three weeks have gone by. Whatever you do do not contact see n say for any emergency unless you expect to wait a month for any action. This just goes to show you how poor of an organization Marta is. Zero customer service zero safety and zero response for any incident
Poor response time I reported an incident while an office rode through busbay twice and no action taken. Worst app and even worst service.
No Alerts None of the alerts show up on my Moto G4 (in the MARTA See & Say app or otherwise).
I really like this app because it's a helpful tool for any type of situations. and I myself used to work for marta awesome.
Great App... and then there were MARTA elevators Great app! Used it once when a guy followed me through the gate, quick response. Would like to see a check box to opt out of the elevator service updates though. There must be some way for them to push "facility" updates separate from "service". Either that or get nice new elevators 😉
1) Fixed a bug where the keyboard could pop up on the Settings screen.
3) Noted that your name and contact info are not sent to dispatcher for Anonymous reports.
4) Removed unused data fields, like battery level and GPS, from some app-to-server calls.
5) Replaced using IMEI device identifier with a randomly generated number.
