Horrible. Just does not work. After going thru hell to create an account and add a credit card (forced to), you choose the destination from THEIR list, all that to be told at the end that your destination is not serviced at this time? And i have to pay 10 euros more because i have to go to the CHPG? From rue Grimaldi? and impossible to try to chose another destination without reentering everything? shame on you, you call yourself software engineers? to be told that the chosen destination

charged me $10 eur for a driver that never arrivee

absolutely terrible service. drivers cancel trips at will minutes before they're meant to depart.
