I just got my Hume Body Pod and I'm so disappointed with this app. It keeps forgetting my personal data and ask me to re-enter them. It also keeps forgetting the connection with the scales on a regular basis. This was a review from Dec 2024 to which Hume replied "Our team would like to investigate these issues further and work towards a solution as soon as possible." After 4 months they still have the same issues with the app. So I guess they are incapable of solving their app issues.

Scale not connecting fix: I've reinstalled the app, which let me log in to my account, and it immediately reconnected with my scale. I think the issue might be that an app update logged users out, and when it searches for a nearby scale, it's already associated with an account? Anyway, I hope this works for other people as well :)

2 minor issues: 1: Resting heart rate is not actually resting, as you are standing in an unnatural position, and it seems to be over by some way. I am quite fit, and my resting heart rate is between 40 & 50 bpm. However, the device reads 70+ even when I have checked my pulse (& and it's lower) 2. Some information disappeared (e.g., inorganic salt), and I don't recall this being marked as "free" for 30 days? Apart from that, the device & app are really good. Highly recommend
