Ratings and reviews

When "fit track" rebranded the app as "Hume" it lost the ability to connect to my scale. I keep my apps up to date but it wouldn't connect until I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire app. Lots of negative reviews here are because of the errors that came up from the switch to "Hume," I expect. Now that I've uninstalled and reinstalled it the app is back to being ok.

Was great, until it stopped working. Now I can't connect my scale no matter what I do. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in many different orders. I've taken the batteries out, closed the app, turned on and off my Bluetooth, and I have the updated app. I have no idea why it isn't working, my Bluetooth works fine with everything else. Very frustrating. I got this scale to measure more than just weight and now it's useless.

What happened? I've had this scale for a while and it was great. I hadn't used the app in a while, just been weighing myself, but I needed to get serious after coming home from vacation and everything has changed. The Hume stuff is a disaster. I've taken to screenshotting my results every day so I can compare because it's too difficult on the app. The rings thing is always preventing the stats from being collected even though the scale is connected to my phone.
