Everyday before weigh in, i have to go into settings to reconnect. The weight is not consistent, I can step on get one number, step off and back on and get a 5 lb difference . Very frustrating. The band has been amazing as far as I know. The app itself is decent. wished it some categories it would explain how to improve.

I think Hume health is awesome. I enjoy the information and feedback that I get from the data on the app. I think the devices are pretty cool. I would give five stars but unfortunately the band that holds the device on your arm sucks. It needs to be improved. The elastic is not conducive to the workouts that I do and I have to continuously tighten the band throughout the day because it starts to slip off. currently it's got a huge length of elastic band because it's all stretched out.

I bought the scale and was excited but when I go to get the free 30 day trial of the app it offers it to me then right when I go to sign up it says I am not eligible for the free trial but I can still subscribe. well why would I sign up for a year and pay 99.99 for something I don't even know I will want for those extras. feels like a bait and switch. not a great way to start out when I was really excited to use this.
