I am enjoying my hume scale & band, both are working great on my android Samsung Galaxy phone app. One bug has come up recently as the app has stopped counting cals burned & I have reached out to customer service & they are aware of this issue & are working on resolving this issue. Newer tech always has some glitches that have to be worked out, I am hopeful they will resolve it soon. other than that, everything is working great. I also would recommend not connecting your hume to any other apps.

I was very excited for the scale app doesn't work. I tried to connect with Bluetooth, but it cannot find the pod. I was trying to delete the app and reinstalling but it will not connect. Without the app the scale is useless , after several hours I managed to connect the app and do the measurements . but minutes later when I open it for another measurement, it went back to the log in page and I had to start all over again. im now ready to return the item.

every time I use the scale I make sure that it's connected to the Bluetooth I set my phone down so I can see that the app is going through the different data points but then it never saves the information in the app. customer service has a chat function but they never responded. no response to email either. this was the biggest waste of money!
