Muaythai10 is the exciting new full-body workout that’s perfect for everyone – regardless of age, gender or experience. Developed by Muaythai industry professionals from the calorie-busting effectiveness of Muaythai training, one full Muaythai10 circuit can burn up to 800 calories in just one hour. Comprised of 10 Muaythai-inspired workout stations, a Muaythai10 circuit includes 30 minutes of workout, 10 minutes of breaks and 20 minutes of warm down. Users spend 3 minutes on each station, followed by one minute of rest before moving on to the next station. The circuit ends with a 20-minute warm down. Classes are kept to a maximum of 10 participants and begin each hour.
To join a Muaythai10 session and start burning fat, users first need to download the specially developed app. Through the easy-to-use app, users can then select a suitable location and book a class. Once they scan in, users will receive confirmation of their class as well as information about the circuit, including videos of each station so that they are fully prepared before they begin.
