works as intended. would be super awesome if it could sync with Garmin Connect app to import sleep and exercise data ^^ having VO2 max estimation would be another super awesome feature ^^
I use it every morning and it has help me validate longer resting periods between workouts. Would love it if there was an "evening" version of the "morning readiness" check.
Excellent app for anyone following HRV or interested in learning more about HRV for training, stress management, meditation, etc. Very easy to use. I am using it with the Polar HRM 10.
