É funcional, mas tem algumas coisas a melhorar. Ao abrir um chamado, baseado na locação do usuário (unidade), o app retornaria com a base somente relacionado aos setores daquela unidade, ao invés de informar todos os setores do Brasil. Ex.: Estou no PA e o retorna bases de unidades de MG!? Poderia até deixar do jeito que está, porém, nos dê a opção de poder pesquisar um setor, pois com esse filtro, agilizaria o processo e experiência do usuário. Fica a dica.
