I like the app for convenience and use it often. there are just a couple bugs. the favorite screen I can not order from I still need to scroll through to find the drink and customize it the same every time. there have been instances where it charges my card but never tells me it goes through and then I see the charge disappears so I have to reorder it when I get to the store. it always tells me the store needs more time every order. it's great for convenience I just hope the bugs get fixed

Love the coffee, hate the app. The app is very buggy. When trying to select my drink options, its showing where I'm tapping but it wont actually check it off. On multiple instances when I get to my cart it mentions that my cart has been updated and when I hit ok, it pops right back up and wont let me check out. I have also saved my card multiple times and have to re-add it everytime I try to place an order. The whole app needs to be revamped because its glitches in some way shape or form.

Tried 3 times, issues every time. Deletes drinks from order before paying, won't accept Google pay even though it's listed as an option (and now you've lost what ever reward/coupon/promo you were trying to use, have to put CC info in each time, times out saying you can no longer order ("time lapse") and, if you try to edit a drink (substitute milk or add espresso) it displays some run time error. No app updates listed in G Play. fed up with app.
