So much work to be done idek were to start. Device: came with dead battery, charged to 100. Dies at disconnect. Weak plastic I imagine a single drop and it would break spilling meds. Software: alert volume settings don't transmit, Bluetooth pairing doesn't stick. Needed re-pair each connection. So much to tell you but no space. Returned. Please keep on working on it. This is a great idea.

I am sorry to hear you are having these issue. If the Ellie dies at disconnect, it is possible that it was dropped on its way to you and the battery got disconnected. I am sorry you did not have a good experience with your Ellie.
Samsung connectivity issues. Same as another review. This worked perfectly for a few days, now only the box works. The app keeps losing the bluetooth connection, which I am assuming is a Samsung issue, as per a previous reply from the developer. I LOVE this box and the concept. I just wish the app worked correctly. I will update my review if this issue is repaired. Thanks!

I want to see if you were still experiencing this issue. As a small business owner, feedback from users is very valuable. Thanks to your review, we released a new version that has resolved the issue. If you are no longer experiencing it, would you be open to editing the review? Positive reviews are extremely important, so I would be very grateful!
I would rate the concept a 5. I love that it is made in the USA and was willing to pay more to support their values- production must have cost a lot more. I like the quality of the unit and would recommend it for the above reasons. However, this is a review of the app. The app needs work. I'd like to see a more intuitive layout. I'm frustrated trying to navigate to where I can see the medicine name and indicate I took it. It just needs to be a succinct, 1 screen med list with TAKEN checkboxes

Thanks for your review! The notification screen does include a shortcut to "Take All" of your meds for that dosetime with a single button press, but this feature is not currently available in the adherence reports. We are continually evaluating ways to improve the user experience, and will try to incorporate your feedback into a future update.
