The navigation through the app is terrible. I went through the steps, but when I wanted to go back to verify that I did everything correctly, there was no way. There's no back button - a major UX mistake. The system back button threw me out of the app. The menu doesn't allow access to your current or past test. The only option is to start over. Then the analyzer opened, but since it says "do not close the app while waiting" and I did, I'm not convinced that my results are accurate.

DOES NOT WORK The instructional video was helpful. The test was easy to perform. The swab was thin and flexible so it didn't ream out my nose. The device paired to my phone via Bluetooth. Then a call came in. I answered on speaker as instructed. But the Bluetooth dropped and refused to connect again no matter what I did. I followed their troubleshooting instructions countless times. I even powered off my phone and turned it back on. Nothing helped. What a waste of $40. Save your money.

Absolute garbage. You can't use the test or interpret your results without the app or Bluetooth or watching the info video... every single time. And don't change windows and come back to the test. That will reset the whole thing and you'll have to watch the info video again. Even if you just watched it. The tester wouldn't connect to Bluetooth. It also forces you to wait the full 15 minutes before giving you your result. It's fancy junk.
