The only and major problem with this app is that what nicholas too said that the money is deducted even if the transaction was unsuccessful.
You have to login twice. If you M-PESA to an invalid number, e.g. a 9 digit number, it will tell you wrong number, and still deduct money from your account. You have to call customer support to get them to put the money back. There is also no way of topping-up prepaid cards, you have to contact support to get them to do it for you, and the support that does that stops support at 5pm, if it's after 5pm & is urgent too bad. Lastly, the UI does not look as good as some other banks apps.
Does what it's supposed to It has never failed me.
