Ratings and reviews

Update: Latest version of the app is smoot, lightweight and super responsive. The tenovi devices including the trial of Tenovi Doppler monitor work like a charm. --- Horrible broken app, never works. Strongly recommend never using the service since their devices also don't work most of the time. Will never recommend for any pregnant women to use them. I wish I could unsubscribe to the service. This service claims they reduce, but so far they have only induced stress throughout the pregnancy.

I lost more than 2000$ to Lovu Health already. I was told that this would be a free service at my Dr's office and I could use the app to record my vitals and help them monitor my health. Everything seemed fine until my delivery. Without my knowledge, I was enrolled into a behavioral health program on the app. The bill says "Clinical Visit", took me a few calls to understand they charged me 398$ every month for subscription. No service provided. Also, the app is bad, has a lot of sync issues.

I have complaints about the people chatting too, but as far as the app goes, the worst part is that WHILE I am chatting, IT won't let me see what I'm typing while I'm typing. which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally they claim they're "here for you" but then let your questions go unanswered. Zero support lately.
