Did not enjoy the experience what's so ever
I think this company is probably about as good as the overall ratings the app has got. Why? Firstly the care agency did not put the number in the care receiver's file and so, according to the open pass website I contacted open pass so that they would "reach out to them directly". I heard nothing. So a couple of weeks later I contacted the agency who gave me the number. I put all the details in the open pass website and waited. 3 weeks later... no response. I shall be contacting the care agency and others, to complain.
Won't scan the QR code. Camera will not focus. Edited to say that a quick phone call with them solved the problem. Some touch screen phones now need the screen be touched to kick start the QR scanner. The app does everything it says and is easy to use, and gives up to date information about the care given to me relative
Useless Let me in to the account once now keeps saying I haven't had permission to use. Shame as I need this it the only link now to my mother/carers notes
Crashes almost every time I did give this 3 stars but it's forever crashing so downgraded to 2. Very frustrating to use.
