I get that, but why is the account requirement before being able to look through the app? Its difficult to know if this will do what I need it to without being able to actually test it first. I dont even know if theres a sub, one time payment, theres no real information here if you just looked up the app.

An account is required to sync the data of the app across devices. If you don't like the app you can delete your account via My Home or contact us via contact@elusios.com to delete it. Your data is not shared with other parties and when your account is deleted all your data is wiped. We do this because we value your privacy.

almost perfect..... I have a few gripes so far and I've only been using the app for 15 minutes, Taft should be able to be grouped by type, the app needs to notify other members of the household upon completion of tasks, for example if I clean out the fridge and I marked the task is done I want it to notify the other household members that the task has been completed

Thanks for using the app and the suggestions. We will take them into consideration in our backlog for future implementation.

This app!!- It is really difficult to use. I had to remove it and download it twice and still have 2 random useless extra homes where I am the only member. It is confusing. The app is glitchy with no help section or instructions. How do I even delete these homes now? I am definitely on the look-out for an app that is less of a maddening fiasco and I will be steering everyone I know clear of this app for sure!

Sorry to hear your negative experience with the app. We will look into the issue you faced. Homes can be deleted via the My Home page in the menu (at the bottom there is a Delete Home link). The app is very intuitive to use so a help section was not deemed necessary based on other user feedback. We will however check internally if we add it.
