Great app and costumer service I purchased the app after extensively researching options. I had a question after purchase, which they answered promptly! Only slight quork is that if the Internet cuts out, you have to restart the extraction from the beginning, but not a huge problem.
HI, I have a lot of emails data. Around 50,000 emails. The problem which I am facing since the day of purchase. The speed of email extraction is very slow. While I have to move sometimes from my seat and as soon the WiFi disconnected, the process stooped at the same time. I have to restart it again. I started the process last evening when I was at home and the process was still continue at the whole night. When I check in the morning, It was scanned only 17,000 emails yet but I have to move for my office and as soon the wifi disconnects and the mobile data started, at the same time the whole process stopped with an error "Check your network connection" and finish. Now after that I have to restart the same process again to collect my emails... aahhhh. It is so much disturbing. There is no Pause button which may help me to at least pause it before moving. There is no auto stop or waiting system at least the other network can join. This is not an desktop application dear. It is a mobile and it has to move with us anywhere. Please solve these problems. I am very frustrated.
Worst money spent. Apr worked and stopped every time. Tried it a dozen times unsuccessfully.
