MPmobile is a cloud-based service of MPsoftware, that allows send the maintenance requests to the MP program from any mobile device.
When reporting a maintenance request from a mobile device with MPmobile, this request is registered on the MP program database, keeping the maintenance manager instantly informed on any request or eventuality. Also, you can attach a photo with the description of the fault or maintenance request.
MPmobile is free for all users of the MP version 9 Enterprise. Once the program has been installed on your device, in order to activate the service, you should contact to the main office to get the access credentials corresponding to your MP license. We want to remind you that the Requests Service of the MP can be used for an unlimited number of users to report maintenance requests via Internet or MPmobile.
MPmobile, works only with the MP version 9 Enterprise. If you have purchased MP Basic or MP Professional, first of all, you must upgrade the MP program version to the MP Enterprise in order to use MPmobile.

There is no charge or subscription to use MPmobile, however, you should be considering the associate cost by the usage of mobile data, it will be depending of your provider.
MPmobile uses your phone's Internet connection (4G / 3G / 2G / EDGE or Wi-Fi, as available) to send the maintenance requests.
