Definately the not the same app as when it started. Missing daily and booster points and when you email the support you get fobbed off saying "it looks as though you were disconnected" missing points never get added back up to what's missing originally. Poor replies from support and an app that seems to be getting worse. Won't be long before its deleted unless it's sorted out!
Got a reply to my email. Still recieved no surveys and havent been told why. But was able to redeem my points eventually after several emails to the support team. Tried to redeem again on 23/02/17. Tried numerous occasions. Each time cancelled. Sent a couple of emails. Eventually able to redeem. Will probably unistall due to hassle of redeeming points. Seems to be a persistent problem for me.
This apps been reliable for the past few months but recently I haven't been getting any meter points. I've had the point booster ok the whole time but haven't received anything since the 12th of February, which is nearly 500 points I've missed out on. I sent an email a few days ago but haven't gotten a response, please help.
Used to be reliable, now since updating it regularly misses allocating points to my account. As it's always running and my phone is always on I am confused as to why. I am going to keep it running until my next big reward then it's being junked
Very bad first it was working in my mobile but now it's not working.. Bad app don't waste your internet by downloading this app.
My money got rewarded to the wrong number,what should I do ?
