The app is excellent, it's user friendly and provides a good service, there was no wait or delay to be considered. It had only some user experience issues that can be resolved in the future, nothing is blocking. like for example: when the app launched, there was nothing to prompt me to log in first, another issue is that the app blocked me from doing anything while the medic was writing his report, not sure if I'm gonna lose the report or not if I killed the app. But overall, it's excellent 👍

The application is well built and its response is quick. I haven't faced any issues throughout any use of the features. And the with the last update the look, feel and experience of the application is very smooth and slick. The response from the doctor was immediate and provided me with the required information for my emergency condition in appropriate time and accurate manner.

Love it, easy use, the developers respond to the needed updates quickly, the drs are professional and very insightful. Just what one needs in case of an emergency situation with very low cost and just a click away.
