I'm only giving this app one star because I can't fairly rate it without logging in. I entered my username and password, hit the sign-in button, the screen briefly displays the message signing in, and then it disappears leaving me stuck on the initial sign-in page. I tried clearing the cache, force-stopping the app, and even uninstalling and reinstalling, but I still can't get past the sign-in. I guess I will have to continue to access my account via the website.

UPDATE: Now it's always saying "can't connect" and won't let me log in. Everything else on my phone works just fine. The app and portal are so frustrating. The app freezes/crashes when I'm on the "choose your vet hospital" page. The website crashes when I submit a claim and then go to the "my claims" page. I didn't have these problems before the last update.

Embrace as a pet insurance company is AMAZING!!!! The app is terrible! I consistently get error messages "The app has stopped working. Close app or Wait" usually, I just click "Wait" everytime that the error message pops up, which is every few seconds, but recently, it completely shuts down when I go to add my invoice. I have had to resort to using my laptop to file my last two claims using their website instead of relying on the convenience of a mobile app. GREAT COMPANY - needs a new app!
