Submit claims on-the-go simply by snapping a picture of your claim form and invoice. Have a saved picture or PDF? No problem, you can upload from saved documents too. Once your claims have been submitted, watch their progress as our team processes them.

Add pets & change coverage:

It used to be a really easy app to use, but since a recent update, I've had to use the desktop site or the mobile site. Basically, I can't find a way to upload a PDF of my vet invoice, only a photo of an invoice. I get all of my invoices digitally, so this essentially makes the app completely useless and just a waste of space on my phone.

Hello, we adjusted the upload process to improve speed & accuracy, but we hope to allow file browsing soon. To upload a document saved on your phone, first take a screenshot of the document. When you select "add invoice," you can tap the photo icon to add photos to the claim. Please reach out if you have further questions!

I'm constantly receiving a msg that the app is not responding with the option to close or wait. I hit wait so my claims can go through, but it pops up at least 15 times when trying to do so. This has been an ongoing problem for the last 1.5 years. Also, why can we not attach PDFs of our bill? You're creating more steps by requiring us to take a screen shot of the PDF.

This app barely functions. Buttons are frequently completely non-responsive and, when they work, you often get stuck with a lengthy loading screen. Even after that, frequently the loading screen just dissapears and you're back where you started. This app has been out for a while and there's no excuse for it to work so poorly. The website has similar slow loading issues that should be easily resolved by even a modestly competent web developer.
