The Embraco Service Application has all features you would expect from a service application plus a few perks.
The application allows the installer to create a separate profile for each installer. This allows the technicians to access information such as place of installation, date of installation, check up date and expiration date. Each installer can easily keep up with all his or her own installations both on site and off site.
Accessing all the information from the office allows the technician to track all the installations. This tracking is particularly useful for cutting paperwork. On-site use of the application is even more useful – the technician can access compressor’s parameters and scan the compressor’s barcode right into the system.
