Until now, it was believed that our brain is switched off during sleep. Already in 2019, the University of Bern disproved this assumption and brought to light completely new findings. Although our brain is in a different state during sleep, it is not "switched off". On the contrary, during the sleep phase our brain is up to 10 times more effective in processing and storing information, i.e. in learning, than during the waking phase. Based on these findings, in scientific cooperation with the research group AIST of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria R&D GmbH, we have used this innovative video and audio technology to impart knowledge during sleep.
