I am overseas and few weeks ago I successfully registered with the new EI+ app. Fast forward, I just tried to log in and it wouldn't let me log in and the prompt on the screen says that either I am putting the incorrect log in details or I am not allowed to log in. I have tried both, using it through the EI+ app on my phone and tried using my desk top to log in and neither one of them works. I have to pay my bills from overseas and this is causing much inconvenience. I miss the older version.

the app vecame very slow to load, on samsung note 10 plus, it is taking almost a minute to ask for tge biometric, and on S22 ultra, it is also slow to open but faster than note 10. in general, not responsive and slow.

not a good experience so far. i had to apply for a credit card multiple times and there wasn't any response. once they answered and processed my credit card request, they then blocked it upon releasing my card. I basically have their card which now I need to trash. EI hasn't been kind towards me. The customer service team doesn't really provide any kind of information you request for. very bad experience so far.
