Automatic Mileage Tracking

Driver 360 includes an automatic mileage tracking feature that helps fleet drivers effortlessly capture business and personal trips for accurate mileage reporting.

Once enabled by the driver, the app automatically detects when a trip starts and records the route, distance, and duration in the background — even when the app is closed. A persistent notification is displayed while trip recording is active, so the driver always knows when the service is running and can disable the feature at any time.

Recorded trips appear in the app's trip history, where drivers can review trip details, classify each trip as business or personal, and add notes for expense reporting purposes.

Ratings and reviews

Complete garbage. I don't even know why our company is using this service, all 100+ operations managers hate it. We can't put individual drivers' names in, so they all just show up under our names. How does that help me know who's driving which vehicle? You also can't unassign yourself from a vehicle, it's just yours until someone else signs in to it. Not that that matters, since they're all signed in as me! Update your trash system, it's useless. Your website is even worse than this garbage app

App is garbage! Can't even register to use it much less find out where to take vehicles for maintenance or car washes. Fix your trash app and website. Probably charging and premium for trash that people can't even use.

Irritating experience. Constantly having to re register and when there are problems, Emkay employees reply "that's strange...contact your company's IT or your phone provider".....for their app. No help
