Four stars, this is a pretty good app. I would go for five, but somehow they're not able to keep the app updated with the newest food choice options. For example, the store currently offers cheesy tots and a mushroom Swiss burger as well as some other melt style burgers. But none of these are available on the app. No seasonal items seem to appear on there. So if you want to order one and still get credit, you are not able to order it ahead. But other than that, it's a pretty great app.

Desperately needs more customization options. I like the convenience of mobile ordering & I like the special deals that are available. But I hate the fact that I can't customize my order like you can in the restaurant. Example one of the breakfast deals won't let me switch the drink to something other than coffee. And if I try to get a meal for two, I can't customize the sandwiches individually. Your competition allows me to customize fully, so I'm not sure why it's so hard for you to do so

I would rate this less than 1 star if possible. Placed an order to the wrong store, and placed an order to the correct store after hoping I could get a refund for the food I did not receive. Tried calling guest relations, tried using support, and the same lady who has to be a bot keeps responding the same way to me one time over email than disappears. No I can't go and get food 40 miles away from me. Terrible app, do NOT use the mobile order function. If you do, quadruple check everything.
