Ratings and reviews

The app is all over the place and disorienting to use. There are redundant deals and most have just become $20+ family deals. I do appreciate being able to give a code instead of holding my phone out of a car window. My biggest issue with Burger King's app is the rewards system. I'd say 70% of my points expire before I spend them. Due to bad deals and expiring points, I no longer use the app or eat at bk. I went from twice a week to once every few months. I'm not even upset, just disappointed.

I like the flavor of burger king burgers but am extremely disappointed in the app. For a slogan that says " have it your way" there is a definite lack of customization choices on the app. For instance I cannot remove the bun for a low carb option. Because of this I use the Wendy's app they let me remove the bun and give option for it to be replaced with 2 pieces of lettuce. I now order from Wendy's app because it allows me to remove the bun and easily add as much cheese and pickles as I want.

Wasn't able to complete purchase for pick up due to an unspecified payment error multiple times. The same payment method (Google Pay) works fine with other apps, including McDonald's, so I know it's an issue with this app. When I went to the location to order in person, one of the items in my cart was not available on their menu, so that may be the problem. Good app otherwise. I hope they fix it some day.
