Updated for 2023: The app works well most of the time, unlike a few years ago. However they're now rolling out an expiration date on earned points, and that's something that always bums me out. Thankfully they allow the use of offers and rewards in the same order, unlike other big burger places apps, so at least you can actually use the points instead of just watching them expire constantly. I don't like the change, but the app's still pretty decent I think.

Far better than the competitors apps for sure. I love the convenience and deals, but the loyalty program is amazing. While other places like McDonald's allow only one reward per order, BK let's you stack them. You can get as much as you want in the order for free as long as you have the points. It's honestly my favorite part, I'll rack up points and save them for picking up lunch at work one day, and I can get a full meal free. Absolutely amazing app!

Terrible app experience. I selected a location that was closest to me. I changed from drive-through to pick up. The app changed the location back to the old BK after I made the payment. There is no way for me to cancel the order or change the restaurants location. Make sure to triple check the settings before you pay since the app changes them randomly.
