I rate it very low for many reasons: 1) the support service for new clients is poor and its NOT user friendly app 2) The order process is not efficient nor effective. Major issue in this feature/ Customer order/ pay both parties don't get notifications!!! Customer order NO Verification code!!! Which is very dangerous and not safe. Be careful new clients 3)Chat/ المحادثة not user-friendly the box of the chat disappear when you try to get back to process in the App. No voice chat!

While the app is good when it works, I received an update that rendered the app unavailable. I open it up,it says you need to update, I tap to update and it takes me to the Playstore, but the Playstore shows that the app is updated. I am unable to log in or use my account on the current version and it is really hindering my work. Please find a fix for this issue as soon as possible. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and tried clearing the chache, nither worked.

The Salla app's last update, version 5.4.0, is not working at all, even after cleaning my cache and restarting my phone. I'm stuck in a loop of "Update Now." Help
