Unable to log in or sign up as it says "connect to Internet" when I already am. Have tried WiFi and 4g. Located in UAE.

I has connected one out of a 100 times and disconnects just after the test on my Sony Xperia. Same happens on my HTC and on other devices I have for Android. The app is also very basic. Missing most of the user friendly stuff Muse has.

Emotiv insight is an early stage prototype, not a stable product, same for the apps. Garbage in, garbage out results... when its working. 2 on 10 for stability. Although this technology is promising, I suggest to wait in 2018 for something better to be eleased ( I hope). Recommend to wait.

No crashes with Samsung S7 (SM-G930V) running android version 6.0.1. The app is intuitive and easy to use. I like the ability to record data and tag it. However, I would still like to at least be able to view the raw data to be able to judge data quality for myself.

This product desperately needs an in-depth review. Every review on YouTube (and Google for that matter) just state it's an EEG headset and leave it there. Looks like I'm gonna have to be the one to do it.

paired but says: lost connection... i bought the insight, hoped for something better... It doesn't work yet. I tried different phones...This device and/or app is simply not ready. Good luck with your development, please let me know when it works.

It does not work I am totally desperate since I bought a very expensive device and applications does not work.
Стало стабильней определять устройство и быстрее работать. Но функционал не богат, можно записывать состояние типа медитация, концентрация, др, получать на выходе полосочку и сравнивать её с полосочками других людей. Если смысл только в том что бы залогиниться, и получить доступ к API, тогда зачем там другой бесполезный функционал. Зачем нужен постоянный доступ к интернету? Если очень хочется контролировать пользователей то сделайте однократную активацию на устройстве.
Super buggy Loses connection and I need to restart the app for it to find the insight again..
Had problems connecting...after a few tries..it started working. Then sometimes when it connected, it would stop recording a few seconds after starting if one or more of the sensors had a poor signal. Restarting everything fixed it. Heavy battery drain. Update: Now it does not work at all...says I require an internet connection...which I already have. Complete garbage.
Won't work on new phone Got the new S7 and it keeps on telling me I need an Internet connection. Well, it has 2 to choose from, so...???
No internet Does not recognise Internet connection on S7. Useless so far. Disappointing.
According to this app, I need an internet connection when I am connected to the internet? What gives ...?
Says I need an internet connection to log in... ...but I do have an internet connection. I can browse the web, all my other apps can connect to the web, why does this app think I'm not connected?
Buggy app Says internet connection is unavailable when it is available so now I have no way to login
Bluetooth recognizes the insight, but the app doesn't. Can't connect, so it's a useless application so far. I will update my review once it works. Tested on Nexus 6
Doesn't let me connect!! It says my username and password is not recognized
Doesn't connect! Recognizes headset but never connects. Always shows battery power of 0% and never actually connects. Good job, guys.
On a Samsung Note 3 (SC-01F). The contact level colours start to change once the Insight is connected but crashes after a short while. Cannot get any use out of it.
