Don't know what happened. App and Juicebox 32amp worked fine for six months. I lost the app connection about two months ago. Since then I've wiped and reinstalled the app multiple times, including tonight. It gets hung up when connecting to home Wi-Fi. Keeps telling me the credentials/ password in wrong even though I haven't yet entered that info. And that's if it finds the right Wi-Fi.

Pretty awful app. It's completely unintuitive and I there is NO instructions at all. You just have to tinker tp figure it out. Also it would NOT link my box to wifi at all. I had to use juice configure to do so. That worked like a charm and uses Bluetooth the way it should be. Lastly it will not charge my car for longer than around 1 hour. Pretty bad they are trying to fix with update

Update: No update. I wrote this review 6 months ago and no updates that prevent it from crashing as soon as you open it on any new Pixel device (6 or 7 Pro). C'mon guys, fix it! I don't know why they messed with the app, but it hasn't worked in months for so many of us, and they haven't done anything to fix it. I used to rave about my JuiceBox, but now it's just a level 2 dumb charger and I have no way to control it. So disappointed.
