Hotel Empire was once a family partnership business concern but now has transformed to a Private Limited Company. It is one of the leading chains of non-vegetarian restaurants, hotels and serviced apartments spread over different parts of Bangalore, India. Nicknamed as the Taste of Bangalore, the restaurants of Hotel Empire group are the most sought after eateries in the Garden City, particularly by the late night crowd. It's mouthwatering dishes include the Empire special chicken kebab, biriyani, coin parotta, ghee rice and other Indian cuisines.

Downloaded the app to check the prices and availability of the dishes in the stores. No possibility of changing the restaurant. One has to order from the CLOSEST restaurant, even though they don't have the dishes I want. Also got an error message when I switched on the app. Just uninstalled the app, cos I didn't find it useful.

One of the worst food ordering apps. Does not have the facility to update or edit the delivery address. Once you place a delivery order, it magically changes to take away, and when one calls to check on the order, it gets cancelled without any update or notification. My address just shows by default 12 times 'takeaway' written in the given space. The app at the restaurant has all the outlets displayed, however, the app I'm using does not have all the outlets listed. Once order is placed, it routes to a different outlet. The customer care is clueless most of the time.

If you don't want to serve any thali (though you have them in the menu). Why these items are in the menu? Everytime I go to Empire (Kamanahalli, Kothanur - Bangalore) they say they don't have thali. If you don't want to serve them take them out from your menu. If they are not giving you enough profit margin better take them out from the menu.
