Your WearOS and Fitbit watch measures dozens of biomarkers. Empirical Health helps you understand what your health data means--and what to do about it, up to and including steps that require medical care. Our doctors are licensed in 30+ US states, covering 200 million people, and accept major insurance.

Here are the major features of Empirical Health.

Export high resolution heart rate charts from your Fitbit, Pixel, Samsung, or other Android watch for your doctor or care team.

🛏️ Sleep
Track your sleep quality, deep sleep, REM sleep, and more. Get FDA-cleared testing ordered by a real doctor to your own home (in eligible locations).

📈 Benchmark your health metrics
Did you know the average person gets 49 minutes of deep sleep? Benchmark 25+ health metrics, and summarize your wearable vitals into an instant health report.

Metrics summarizes up to 25 biomarkers across five categories:
* Heart health: resting heart rate, heart rate recovery, heart attack risk (based on the American College of Cardiology's heart attack risk calculator), and electro cardiograms.
* Sleep: sleep duration, sleep onset, deep sleep, REM sleep, and more.
* Lungs: oxygen saturation (SpO2), respiratory rate, and VO2 Max (cardio fitness).
* Exercise: cardio, zone 5 cardio, and strength training.
* Mental health: depression and anxiety risk.
* Other: HRV (heart rate variability) and temperature.
