I recently subscribed to your VPN service on Google Play, but my subscription was automatically cancelled and refunded by Google. The reason given was that I didn't 'Sign-in' to the app. However, your app does not have any 'Login' or 'Sign-in' button/option available. It connects directly, but Google’s system doesn't recognize this as an active subscription.

Until two months back, the VPN was working perfectly, with ping around 30-40 while playing BGMI. However, recently the ping has increased to around 150, which is making the game unplayable. This has been a very bad experience

Earlier on this VPN I used to get 40–50 ping, but for the past few days it’s been 100+ ping. I’ve emailed many times but got no reply. I even tried another VPN and the ping is fine there. I don’t know why this problem suddenly started. Can you fix this?”
