About this app

The EmpyreanGO App is a free benefits enrollment mobile app for eligible users to easily access their benefits enrollment information in the palm of their hand.

Users can view their benefit history, review current benefits, and access and enroll in future plan years – including selecting from eligible products, adding/verifying dependents and updating beneficiaries.

Ratings and reviews

Taking pictures of ID cards is horrible. I lined up the card with the box in the app, hit the 'take picture' button and it randomly zooms into parts of the card and takes a picture. The end result is nothing like what it looked like when I hit the button. It's useless. Fix that and it'll be great.

This app is utterly pointless. It only shows you the plans you're subscribed to through your employer, but doesn't provide plan details or useful information like web links, phone numbers, addresses, etc. It will allow you upload photos of your insurance cards, but that's the only way you can add them. Digital ID cards cannot be imported. On a positive note, I did not experience the performance issues other people have reported.

App doesn't work. It takes forever to load anything, but more to the point nothing ever actually loads. Anytime I try to log into the app it just creates a portal to the website and fails to load. Sadly using the website is also frustratingly slow. It took me far to long to enroll for my benefits, and I haven't been able to access my account since.
