The gold loan at home is an app-based digital service, with which a customer can apply for a gold loan through the ‘Gold Loan @ Home’ mobile app and web portal. As soon as the inquiry is verified and accepted, a real-time customer due diligence takes place through a video-based KYC process. After which an appointment is made for the visit by Muthoot Finance executives, to visit the customer’s home. Now the customer can avail gold loan from the comfort of their home without having to visit the branch at any stage of the procedure.

I have to pay the interest on my loan and this app is not recognizing my user name. When I type dot in it, it's giving a space instead of dot. The the previous version of the app is no longer working.

Don't take gold loan from Muthoot, its a TRAP you will only pay HIGH interest, you can't recover your gold from it. So instead I RECOMMEND you to take loan from Bank (Govt. Bank) or private, they charge annual interest with nominal interest rates & no extra charge. I think it will be helpful for you. Think WISE!

Dear Sir, Sorry for the inconveniences. we would like to inform you that ,these service charges are not charged by Muthoot , but by the payment gateway providers.We have multiple payment methods available, so I would recommend you to use a payment method with lower service charges. Experience is worst I have paid the total amount and payment deducted from my account within one minute and intiated towards Muthoot but not reflect in Muthoot system what I got this app is fake and I didn't get my asset back

Dear Sir, According to bank procedures, the amount will be instantly credited to your Loan@ home account if the payment is successful or else if the payment fails, the bank would take 5-6 days to credit the amount back to your bank account. We would also recommend you to try out latest payment methods like google pay or paytm also available
