I've had this smart plug for over a year. The app used to work, but for the past few weeks, it will fail to connect more often than not. I have it linked to Google, but even when I go directly to the app and tap the on/off button, nothing happens. It works only when it wants to. It's extremely frustrating. My lights connected through Tuya and Lotus work just fine. I'll stay away from Enbrighten products from now on.

I have had the plug type devices for about 2 years working flawlessly. They have been working connected thru Alexa the whole time. My phone updated, and the app "disappeared," and the plugs no longer work. The app store says it's still installed but doesn't show in apps or hidden apps. It's not there. Will not uninstall. the support is substandard! there was damage to the wall plug of my lamp. I didnt want to return the lamp even, just receive a new wall plug. dont purchase unless you want to end up stuck with a unusable product in the event something happens. terrible support experience from my end because I really liked the product but will not purchase anything with this warranty so limited in coverage. a product is only as good as the confidence put into it via it's warranty and support coverage.
