EnBW mobility+ is the smart all-in-one solution for your e-mobility. Our Electric Vehicle (EV) copilot offers three functions in one app:

Find the nearest charging stations in your area. It doesn’t matter if your EV trip leads you to Germany, Austria, Switzerland or other neighboring countries in Europe – with the EnBW mobility+ App you can easily find the next charging station in our widespread charging network. Thanks to a multitude of EnBW chargers and roaming partners you can reliably reach any destination with your EV. An interactive map allows you to find available charging stations near you. Numerous filters are available, such as charging power, number of charging points, price, points of interest, or barrier-free access.

With Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, the EnBW mobility+ app can be easily connected to the display in your car. This makes finding the nearest charging station even easier.

With the EnBW mobility+ App, you can conveniently start the charging process for your EV and, if you wish, pay directly via your smartphone. Basically, set up your EnBW mobility+ account and choose one of our charging tariffs. You can switch between our tariffs at any time to accommodate your needs. Now all you have to do is to select a payment method and you’re ready to go! Use the app to monitor your charging progress and stop the charge once you have enough energy for your trip. You prefer a charging card? No worries. Just order your charging card via the app.

Plug, charge, drive on! With AutoCharge, your charging process at EnBW fast charging stations starts automatically. After a one-off activation in the EnBW mobility+ App, you only have to plug in the charging plug and off you go - without app or charging card.

Full price transparency at any time

You can always keep an eye on your charging costs with the EnBW mobility+ app. With a price filter, you can set your individual price limit. Each charging session is billed immediately after it ends using the payment method saved in your payment profile. A separate invoice is then created and made available in the app.

Ratings and reviews

The app has gotten much much better over the years, however, the placement of the finish charging button could not be worse! it's very easy to stop charging accidentally while trying to click phone's navigation buttons or swiping up. Secondly, bills don't show up. Edit: I reduced my rating because of the invoice issues. I got the invoice for my last session 29 days later!

I installed the app on a trip with a rental car, used it only once. Three months later, received an invoice per email, and realize they have been charging my credit card monthly. I tried to cancel my Tariff with the app, but no button for that is available. I tried with the website, no button to cancel tariff, only two buttons to make/link a contract. Not even a "my profile" button. I called the customer service, and was treated horribly, no help. I am now considering filing a police report.

Terribly difficult to get set up. No ability to pay and receive receipt for each individual charges, unlike other companies (i.e. Shell, Total Energies). This is significant and the main reason I now avoid using EnBW to charge my car. As VAT exempt, I have lost €100s due to their process. Also, app regularly has issues. Button to end charge is too easy to accidentally select causing charging to stop. Adding car finally works after 3 months of trying. App is still better than most in Germany.
