I used to have this app, mostly to watch Drag Race, and I never really had issues. I finished my Drag Race binge watching, moved onto the next thing and deleted the app. I decided recently to reinstall and re-subscribe because I wanted to rewatch old seasons of Drag Race and Allstars. I signed up for 6 months before I checked the app, only to find I can only watch the newest 2 seasons. Why did they remove the older seasons? Now I'm locked in for 6 months.

The stars are for the content. The app itself is easily the worst interface for streaming services ever. It's as though you looked at every useful feature in other apps an specifically decided not to do that. "My watchlist" is almost buried and hard to find...it should be first. No 'continue watching' automatically, it is even hard to read the titles of different shows in a series because of limited characters cutting off the season and episode titles...etc etc. It's just not good.

I'm on a Samsung galaxy and currently I keep getting a "no internet connection detected" message even though I am. I also can never watch the first episode of anything because it automatically skips it and then plays the second episode. This has been an ongoing problem for years and I've never seen any improvement. Also everytime you go to login it takes you thru the entire new user process rather than just being able to login quickly and easily. Works fine on PC but not mobile.
