About this app

Welcome to the E-Distribuzione App, which allows you to independently manage your electricity supply.

• If you are a customer registered on www.e-distribuzione.it, use the same credentials to access the application.
• If you haven't registered yet, you can also do it directly from the App.

Here are some of the features available on the App:

Checking the Network Status and Reporting Faults
• You can check in real time the status of the network that feeds your electricity supply and report the presence of outages or failures on your supply
• With the "Your address book" function, you can memorize up to five supplies
Estimates Request for New Connections or Modification of Plants
• Request a quote online for connections or supply variations
• Follow the progress of practices started
• Send notification of completion of customer works
Invoices and Payments
• Pay (without additional costs) the invoices for the measurement service of your production plant and the estimates issued through the e-Payment service
• Communicate the payment of advances and estimates
Consumption and Readings
• View and download the load curves of the energy withdrawn and introduced
Notifications
• Activate the "e-Notify" notifications to always stay informed of any interruptions due to scheduled work, the progress of your practices or the incoming technician
