I'd rate it zero stars if possible. Since being ported from the JuiceNet app, I can no longer schedule smart charging. It worked fine for 5 years now the function is no longer available to me. Tech support says it's because I have a dual band wifi router. I assigned a dedicated 2.4GHz band for the charger & it still doesn't work. The unit is fully connected to my wifi but the app can't see that & says it's offline. Extremely irritating to lose functionality that worked seamlessly for 5 years.

The below problem was solved once I figured out that I had a confusion between two log in IDs. My remaining beef is that when using the wrong/old ID which didn't have the charger connected in, the app behaved very badly. Really like the app, and support, once I got straightened out. Old version seemed to work. Now I can't open my car. I just get a something went wrong screen. Can open settings. It says off line on the home screen, but there is charge history listed.

Preferred the previous version. At least that showed more charging info during and after the session. This version has a nice appearance but isn't as useful. I have two electric vehicles setup in the app, but even though I diligently select the specific vehicle before each session, there is no information on which vehicle has been charged in the history.
