Couldn't pay at the charger itself, but that's common across all brands. I downloaded the app, it's buggy. I got to the end of 2 different journeys and there was no loop back to the home screen or anything.. I had to force restart the app to get back to a different page. Then I got the payment set up, the car plugged in, the app showed that charging started but my car didn't. It wouldn't connect after 3 attempts. I had to leave and go elsewhere.

This app is incredible amounts of useless, and actively prevents me from using my home charger at every turn. It's so hell-bent on trying to be a "charge anywhere app"and can't even let me charge at home. I always have to just go through the website. I've tried multiple times to call for help and always get put on callback only to never actually get a call back. The support documents frequently link to pages that don't exist.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Thought I informed app start and stop parameters but it charged well beyond 80% I had set. Other option is to set time of day, but I really want it to stop when the battery is at 80% so I don't need to stay up and unplug. Help screens are about finding chargers on the road, for which I was successfully using Plugshare.
