This device would be better with voice recognition software. I do not like having to repeat myself multiple times, in order to convey a message accurately. I speak with good enunciation; and in a relatively concise manner. Perhaps my tone trows off the software? Needs a little work... I might just opt for the more expensive device; being that I wanted this software for interacting with and training associates who speak languages other than Spanish and English.

After contacting the manufacturer and getting a response, the device and app still don't work. I have asked for more help. Still haven't received a manual. This is sad. After another email round with customer service I was supplied with manual showing how to connect to app. No trouble shooting help. Device continues to disconnect and turn off and fails to translate more than 90% of the time. Save your money. You have to pay to return it.

As per a lot of others, I only get "can't hear" response every time I try to say something into either my phone or the device while following instructions. Did also have difficulty getting set up but finally got that sorted. I don't recommend buying this device, just use Google Translate. Unfortunately, like most others, I wouldn't have known to search reviews on this app when purchasing the device.
